Our offices are closed over the festive period from Monday 24th December 2018 to Wednesday 2nd January 2019.

Placing Orders

We will do our best to process any orders received up to 12pm on Friday 21st December. See Delivery Advice.

You can continue placing orders online as usual during our holiday shutdown, however, please note any orders placed during our holiday period will not be fulfilled until our return from 2nd January.

We will do our best to process any orders received up to 12pm on Friday 21st December. For items held in stock in the UK we will aim to dispatch these same day using our normal services.

We please ask that you to allow up to the 11th January for status updates and/or fulfilment details to be provided.

Delivery Advice

This information is given for guidance only. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales; however, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Nemesis UK shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.

Items dispatched from our UK warehouse on or before 21st December:

For UK mainland deliveries are usually next working day with our couriers DPD or DX Delivery, so may expect to arrive on 24th December or after Christmas, as their services resume 27th - 31st December and then from 2nd January.

For all other destinations including UK Highlands & Isles, Northern Ireland and the European mainland, where delivery would usually be 3-5 days, please be aware delivery may take significantly longer due to Christmas Closures. In the case of high-value items, we may hold sending these until normal services resume on 2nd January for better piece of mind.

For smaller items usually sent by Royal Mail, the final posting date for delivery on 21st and 22nd December are: 18th December for 2nd Class, and 20th December for 1st Class. Royal Mail will not be completing delivery or collection over 24th-26th December or 31st-1st January.

We strongly recommend completing your order and payment before 3pm on Thursday 20th to allow as much time as possible for deliveries to be made.
