Ordering from Nemesis UK

We do our best to group products by vehicle Make & Model and sometimes by specific engine, year or product type. Use the navigation to access our product collections as well as info pages.
Product Listings usually include title, current price (including VAT), image(s), description and vehicle application(s). If the product is in stock or available for pre-order you will be able to add this to your cart. Please note prices do not include delivery charges which will be calculated upon checkout.
All prices are as current as possible however may be subject to change without prior notification. We do our best to keep all listings up-to-date and relevant, see our Terms of Service.
The search function allows you to specify key terms and will list products in accordance with word and/or phrase matches. If you are unable to find a product try using fewer keywords in your search.
- Customer Accounts
You can create an account here, to enable faster checkout and keep track of your orders.
Please note, if you are purchasing using Interest-Free Credit provided by DivideBuy you will be required to setup a separate account with DivideBuy and will be subsequently bound by their terms.
Upon placing an order or creating an account you will be asked if you're happy to receive marketing communications from us, such as our regular newsletter. - Stock Availability, Ordering and Pre-Order Notes
If a product is in-stock it will appear as available to add to cart. Every effort is made to keep our online store's inventory up-to-date however we do sell through other channels (such as eBay or direct sales) which can take some time to update on the system. We will contact you if there is any change to availability affecting your order.
Items may appear as 'available to pre-order', meaning you can still add this to your cart however they are not eligible to be dispatched immediately. It may be we're awaiting delivery of goods on a scheduled order from our supplier or else we can arrange shipment in our next order.
Pre-order lead times for are subject to manufacturer availability as well as freight services used. Though many deliveries can be made in five to ten days from USA, some products may be subject to overseas shipping which can take two to eight weeks.We receive goods from most manufacturer's on a monthly, or sometimes even weekly, basis.
If you want more info on the status of your order or estimate timescale for goods you are welcome to contact us, or once your order is placed we'll usually get in touch to give you an expected delivery date.
We advise customers that fitting/installation schedules should not be entered in to with your service providers until your order fulfilment details have been received.
- Payment Methods & Sales Tax
Our website accepts payment by Debit Card and Credit Card across Visa, Mastercard and American Express. You can also choose to pay via PayPal and soon, PayPal Credit. You can register for Shopify Pay, Apple Pay or Google Pay to store your payment information and complete your order faster.
In addition to Shopify payments, we've partnered with DivideBuy to offer Interest-Free Credit to UK customers on orders over £350, allowing you to split payments over 3-6 months subject to status. On your cart select the DivideBuy button to view representative payment options or visit our DivideBuy info page for more information.
Nemesis UK charges VAT across products based on the UK sales tax rate for all deliveries within the EU. VAT can only be removed on EU sales to businesses, provided their country VAT/IVA code is submitted with the order and is checked and approved by Nemesis UK.
At this time, Nemesis UK sells to customers located in the UK, EU and the rest of the World, excluding North America and Canada.
All orders received before 3.00pm Monday to Friday (excluding National Holidays) are generally processed and dispatched the same day.
Nemesis UK make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Nemesis UK shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales or for any shortfalls with the carrier service used.
Risk of loss and damage of products passes to the customer on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery. See also our Refund Policy.
- UK Delivery
We use domestic couriers like Royal Mail, DPD and DHL to offer next-working-day delivery on UK stocked goods to mainland UK destinations. Our UK distribution centre is supported by an additional warehouse in mainland Europe with a four to six day delivery lead throughout Europe and to the UK.
Delivery to any other UK destination, such as UK Isles and Islands, Scottish Highlands & Isles and Northern Ireland, is normally made between two to six days from receipt of order, however remote destinations may not be covered and may carry additional charges.
- European Delivery
We use Economy Express shipping to deliver goods to European mainland destinations, typically deliveries are made within four to six days.
However delivery to any other non mainland or remote European destination may not be covered and may carry additional charges. We advise contacting us with your delivery address to be provided with the best shipping services, time scales and prices we can find for you.
- International Delivery
For International deliveries we advise contacting us with your delivery address to be provided with the best shipping services, time scales and prices we can find for you.
Please also be advised that customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Nemesis UK is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

- Our Guarentee
Nemesis UK warrants that all products are free from defects.
All warranties and guarantees for products are provided entirely by the manufacturers and are subject to terms contained therein.
No other warranty, expressed or implied (including merchantability), applies to the product, nor is any person or the manufacturer authorized to assume any other warranty. The manufacturer does not assume any responsibility for any consequential damages occurred by the product, or inconvenience or interruption in any operation.
A warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from country to country.

- Registering your Warranty
Purchasers are reminded to complete and return all warranty cards/documents upon receipt of goods where appropriate. Most of these can now be completed online.
- Making a claim
We advise that warranties do not apply to any product which has been installed on any commercial or racing vehicle or which has been improperly installed, altered, or subjected to misuse or damage from accidents. Also, cost of labour and any additional parts required to complete installation of a replacement product are not covered by warranty.
You should follow the claim instructions provided by the manufacturer in the first instance. When making a warranty claim, proof of purchase is required, such as order id or invoice number. Nemesis UK can only offer support for claims on parts sold by us. In most cases we will pass your claim onto the supplier who will then arrange to deal with you directly.
If you have ordered the part through another service outlet or dealer you should contact them directly for support.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including if a product has been fitted or changed in any way, or such items as perishable goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gasses. Additionally, Gift cards, eVouchers or downloadable products are non-returnable.
Please contact us with your original order reference and reason for return to ensure it is eligible for refund/exchange prior to shipping.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

- Damaged/Faulty Goods
If the item is defective or damaged Nemesis UK may agree to replace the item. You should contact us within 14 days of delivery to inform us of the fault(s).
Please note that if a signed for delivery service has been used, you should only accept the goods from the courier if the packaging appears in a suitably good condition. If you believe the parcel to have been damaged in transit, do not sign for the goods and please contact us immediately.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Please allow between 2 – 10 working days for refunds to appear on your account. If you haven’t received a refund, first check with your bank / credit card company / payment provider as it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted.
Please note orders originally processed with Interest Free Credit may take longer to process. Check the documentation on your credit agreement for more information.

- Partial Refunds (if applicable)
There are certain situations where partial refunds may be granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Special Order / Custom Built items may be subject to returns surcharges levied by the manufacturer which will be deducted from your refund.
Additionally, partial refunds may be applied on: Books with obvious signs of use, or CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you have ordered the wrong part, and you would like to exchange your item for a different product please contact us.
If you have requested an exchange you will be required to pay the difference in value and may also be charged subsequent shipping/delivery costs.
- Returning Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, credit may be issued. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you by email or post.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue any refund/exchange to the gift giver directly.
Gift cards and eVouchers are non-refundable.
Shipping/Delivery costs are non-refundable.
When returning item(s) the customer is responsible for paying carriage and is responsible for the item until received at Nemesis UK. If Nemesis UK has agreed to arrange collection for a return on your behalf, shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
