The website's e-commerce platform is provided by Shopify Inc. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Use of Cookies. Please read the information provided in these links above carefully.

Navigation, Product Listings & Search

We do our best to group products by vehicle Make & Model and sometimes by specific engine, year or product type. Use the navigation to access our product collections as well as info pages.

Product Listings usually include title, current price (including VAT), image(s), description and vehicle application(s). If the product is in stock or available for pre-order you will be able to add this to your cart. Please note prices do not include delivery charges which will be calculated upon checkout (see our Delivery Advice below).

Pricing may be subject to change without prior notification. We do our best to keep all listings up-to-date and relevant, see our Terms of Service.

The search function allows you to specify key terms and will list products in accordance with word and/or phrase matches. If you are unable to find a product try using fewer keywords in your search.

Customer Accounts

You can create an account here, to enable faster checkout and keep track of your orders.

Customers are also invited to checkout without needing to create a full account. You are reminded to read our Privacy Policy with regard to the data we collect and how it is used.

Upon placing an order or creating an account you will be asked if you're happy to receive marketing communications from us, such as our regular newsletter. You are able to opt out from our emails at any time by using the preferences tools provided in any of the emails we send or by contacting us at privacy@nemesisuk.com

Stock Availability

Every effort is made to keep our online store's inventory up-to-date however we do sell through other channels (such as eBay or direct sales) which can take some time to update on the system. We will contact you if there is any change to availability affecting your order.

Important - Items which appear as 'available to pre-order' are not in stock at our distribution centre. You will still be able to add these items to your cart however they are NOT eligible to be dispatched immediately.

Some items may only be temporarily out of stock while we're waiting for delivery from our supplier. However, some pre-order items may only be ordered from the manufacturer once your order has been received.

Our average lead time for pre-order items is generally 2-4 weeks but it can take longer; we have regular weekly shipments from the US and usually receive goods from most manufacturer's on a monthly basis. Occasionally lead times may be subject to extended delivery times, due to manufacturers production schedule of that component.

We can usually provide an estimated date for goods to land with us, however we strongly advise customers do not to make any fitting/installation plans whatsoever with their local workshop/garage until the goods have been delivered as due to the many logistics involved, delays regularly occur. 

You are welcome to contact us for estimated timescales for any part before placing an order. Once your order is placed we aim to provide regular updates on the expected delivery date for your order.

Payment Methods

Our website accepts payment by Debit Card and Credit Card across Visa, Mastercard and American Express. You can also choose to pay via PayPal and soon, PayPal Credit. You can register for Shopify Pay, Apple Pay or Google Pay to store your payment information and complete your order faster.

The website's payment gateway is maintained by Shopify Inc, powered by Stripe. Your personal information is secured by SSL encryption during the checkout process and we have a strict Privacy Policy to provide reassurance on the protection of your data. 

VAT, Import Duty & Customs Charges (Non-UK Customers)

Nemesis UK is established in the United Kingdom. The prices shown on our website are usually inclusive of UK VAT at 20%. Non-UK customers, such as European or Rest of World customers will not usually be charged UK VAT when placing an order*.

Non-UK customers can view website prices without UK VAT - you must first add your item(s) to your cart and start the checkout process, entering your delivery details. Once the delivery address has been updated to a non-UK address, the checkout total will update to remove UK VAT. After completing this step and refreshing our website, you may also find that all product pricing is now shown with UK VAT removed, however its essential you check final pricing in the checkout page to be sure.

*IMPORTANT - For Non-UK customers local VAT, import duties and customs charges will usually be collected after your order is placed, see below.*

Your local customs office or the shipping operator (e.g. DHL, UPS etc) will attempt to contact you when the goods arrive in your country to request payment for any local VAT, import duty or customs charges applicable on your order. Goods will not be shipped to their final delivery address until all fees have been paid. It's essential that you pay all fees promptly to prevent goods being returned. If goods are sent by us and subsequently returned because you have refused to pay import charges, you will only be eligible to receive a partial refund as you are liable for the delivery costs which have already been incurred. Refunds will only be processed once goods have arrived back to us.

Please also note, goods may only be ordered for delivery to commercial non-UK "business" addresses when a suitable VAT Number, Tax ID or EORI can be supplied. You are advised to disclose this in the notes when placing your order or you can email sales@nemesisuk.com with your order number and this information. Your order may be cancelled and refunded if this information cannot be supplied on request.

Northern Ireland remains part of the UK for domestic VAT purposes and sending of goods between our nations. There should be no immediate change to our pricing or the way orders are processed and shipped for our customers in Northern Ireland.

Delivery Advice


At this time, Nemesis UK sells to customers located in the UK, EU and the rest of the World (excluding North America and Canada).

Orders received before 12.00pm Monday to Friday where all products are in stock are usually dispatched same day, however some items may require additional checks/packaging and would be dispatched in 1-2 business days (e.g. some Styling parts). 

For items not in stock we aim to provide a estimated lead time for all goods to arrive with us and will send all items in your order together when available.

For UK mainland we use express domestic couriers like Royal Mail, DPD and DX and delivery is usually next-day. Some destinations, like Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland can take longer. 

We use economy services to deliver goods to European mainland destinations, typically deliveries are made within four to six days. Due to parcel size limitations for some destinations we're not able to deliver goods using our standard couriers; customers are welcome to get in touch for a bespoke shipping quote if an item does not present a shipping rate at checkout.

Tracking will be provided once your order has been dispatched. Nemesis UK make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Nemesis UK shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales or for any shortfalls with the carrier service used.

Please be advised that customs and import duties may be applied to orders delivered outside the UK. You will usually be contacted by the courier firm to pay these fees directly before goods will be delivered. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

Deliveries to any commercial address outside the UK will require a proper Tax ID, EORI or similar to be provided, otherwise your order may be cancelled.

Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Nemesis UK is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

Pre-order advice (items not currently in stock)

A notice will appear on the product page, when a product is not in stock.

While we endeavour to keep good stock of popular products, it's simply not always possible for us to warehouse parts for every brand/manufacturer that we supply. Therefore, many parts are made available for pre-order, meaning you can still add the item to your cart to order it from us, however these item(s) will not be eligible for immediate dispatch.

In some cases we may be awaiting delivery of goods on a scheduled order from one of our suppliers, or we will arrange to have your item included with our next consignment. Once your order is placed we'll always get in touch to give you an expected delivery date.

Please note, pre-order lead times are usually subject to manufacturer availability as well as freight services used. Though many deliveries can be made in five to ten days from USA, some products may be subject to overseas shipping which can take anything from two to eight weeks. We receive goods from most manufacturer's on a monthly, or sometimes even weekly, basis.

We advise customers that fitting/installation schedules should not be entered in to with your service providers until your order fulfilment details have been received.

Warranty Guidelines

Our Guarantee

Nemesis UK warrants that all products are free from defects.

All warranties and guarantees for products are provided entirely by the manufacturers and are subject to terms contained therein.

No other warranty, expressed or implied (including merchantability), applies to the product, nor is any person or the manufacturer authorized to assume any other warranty. The manufacturer does not assume any responsibility for any consequential damages occurred by the product, or inconvenience or interruption in any operation.

A warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from country to country.

Manufacturers' Warranties

In most cases, you can access the various manufacturers warranty details and information by clicking on the 'Shop by Brands' pages, or searching for 'Warranty' on the manufacturers own website.

Registering your Warranty

Purchasers are reminded to complete and return all warranty cards/documents upon receipt of goods where appropriate. Most of these can now be completed online.

Making a claim

We advise that warranties do not apply to any product which has been installed on any commercial or racing vehicle or which has been improperly installed, altered, or subjected to misuse or damage from accidents. Also, cost of labour and any additional parts required to complete installation of a replacement product are not covered by warranty.

You should follow the claim instructions provided by the manufacturer in the first instance. When making a warranty claim, proof of purchase is required, such as order id or invoice number. Nemesis UK can only offer support for claims on parts purchased from us. In most cases we will pass your claim onto the supplier who then may arrange to deal with you directly. 

If you have ordered the part through another service outlet or dealer you should contact them directly for support.

Refund Policy


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including if a product has been fitted or changed in any way, or such items as perishable goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gasses. Additionally, Gift cards, eVouchers or downloadable products are non-returnable.

Please contact us with your original order reference and reason for return to ensure it is eligible for refund/exchange prior to shipping.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Damaged/Faulty Goods

If the item is defective or damaged Nemesis UK may agree to replace the item. You should contact us within 14 days of delivery to inform us of the fault(s).

Please note that if a signed for delivery service has been used, you should only accept the goods from the courier if the packaging appears in a suitably good condition. If you believe the parcel to have been damaged in transit, do not sign for the goods and please contact us immediately.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Please allow between 2 – 10 working days for refunds to appear on your account. If you haven’t received a refund, first check with your bank / credit card company / payment provider as it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted.

Please note orders originally processed with Interest Free Credit may take longer to process. Check the documentation on your credit agreement for more information.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

There are certain situations where partial refunds may be granted: 
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Special Order / Custom Built items may be subject to returns surcharges levied by the manufacturer which will be deducted from your refund.

Additionally, partial refunds may be applied on: Books with obvious signs of use, or CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you have ordered the wrong part, and you would like to exchange your item for a different product please contact us.

If you have requested an exchange you will be required to pay the difference in value and may also be charged subsequent shipping/delivery costs.

Returning Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, credit may be issued. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you by email or post.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue any refund/exchange to the gift giver directly.

Gift cards and eVouchers are non-refundable.


Shipping/Delivery costs are non-refundable.

When returning item(s) the customer is responsible for paying carriage and is responsible for the item until received at Nemesis UK. If Nemesis UK has agreed to arrange collection for a return on your behalf, shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
