Bearing Kit for Lower Control Arm  (Standard)
for Ford Mustang 2015-23

Manufactured by BMR Suspension | Part #BK081

BMR Logo

Minimise wheelhop and enhance the rear stability of your 2015+ Mustang by eliminating rear lower control arm bushing deflection with a set of Lower Control Arm Spherical Bearings from BMR Suspension.

The stock rubber bushings are great for absorbing NVH (Noise, Vibration and Harshness), but do little for performance. The large spherical bearings in BMR’s BK081 simply eliminate bushing deflection, transferring power instead of absorbing it. BMR's BK081 drastically decreases lower control arm movement by eliminating deflection of the factory rubber bushings. BMR uses heavy-duty 1-inch spherical bearings in machined bearing cups to replace the factory rubber bushings. The 1-inch bearing in the BK081 has an impressive load rating of 82,800-pounds and has a centre ball diameter of 1.5-inches. This bearing is one of the most commonly used 1-inch spherical bearings in the industry, with an impressive track record.

Designed for street performance, drag race, and handling applications, BMR's BK081 is the perfect wheelhop solution for any S550 Mustang being used for performance driving and offers huge increases in performance over the stock rubber lower control arm bushings. The OE bushings are designed with air pockets and are made from soft rubber. These “voids”, coupled with soft material produce excessive lower control arm movement during normal and aggressive driving. These install in place of the OE rubber bushing, nearly eliminating lower control arm movement by solidly linking the rear portion of the lower control arm to the cradle. This eliminates almost all lower control arm movement, reducing wheelhop and increases handling stability, while giving you a much improved overall feel in any performance driving situation.
