Boundary Billet Oil Pump Gears & Crank Sprockets are 100% manufactured at their Dallas, Texas production facility. With the Oil Pumps, they start by quenching their chromoly billets from extreme heat and then temper it to a tough indestructible core. After machining, we apply our ColdFlow surface hardening process and complete it to a Mirror Finish. What does all this give you? It gives you a pump with stability over 9000 RPM, proven over 2000whp, with higher efficiency, less friction, and backed by one of the industry’s best warranties.
Their Crank Sprockets start with a chromoly steel that is ten times stronger than the OEM powdered metal, hot quenched with a low temper for the highest strength and resistance to wear.
