Your Gift Card will feature a unique code which can be used on checkout. Any unused balance will be stored until your next purchase. Only valid on orders made online at nemesisuk.com.

Gift Card Terms

  • Please allow 1 business day for Gift Cards to be received by email.
  • Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The expiration date will be stated in your email.
  • Unused balances will remain active on your Gift Card until the expiry date.
  • You can use multiple Gift Cards to complete your order.
  • Once your Gift Card(s) have been applied you will be given the option to pay any remaining amount by Credit Card or Paypal at checkout.
  • Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Items purchased using any Gift Card(s) balance and then returned under our usual guidelines will be refunded back onto the original Gift Card or given as store credit only.
  • Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase subsequent Gift Cards.

Please note: From November 2019 we have discontinued Nemesis UK eVouchers. If you have previously purchased or been gifted an eVoucher please note these are still eligible until their expiry date and may be used in conjunction with the Nemesis UK Gift Card(s). Discount codes cannot be used with eVouchers as per their original terms.

Ordering & Delivery

Ordering is made easy with our online Checkout.

Many parts are held in stock, or available to order for delivery in 10-14 days, subject to availability from our suppliers.

Orders placed before 1pm Monday - Friday may be despatched the same day, provided ALL items in your order are in-stock (exceptions apply).

We now offer FREE UK SHIPPING on orders for parts over £150 total.

For orders under £150 or to non-UK destinations, shipping charges are applied at Checkout.

You can check costs for shipping via the Checkout:

  1. Add the item(s) to your Cart
  2. View Cart and select Checkout
  3. Enter your personal details and delivery address
  4. Shipping costs will automatically update and you can review your order total before completing payment
  5. If you wish to continue shopping, click the logo at the top of the checkout page to return to our Home page.

For orders sent outside the UK (Europe, Rest of the World)

Our website pricing usually includes UK VAT.

Once you proceed to Checkout and update your delivery address to a non-UK destination, pricing in the checkout will automatically update to exclude UK VAT.

If you continue to browse our website during this, or subsequent sessions, the pricing you will see in our online store may automatically show as excluding UK VAT due to the delivery address now stored in the Checkout.

IMPORTANT – Orders delivered outside the UK will usually be subject to additional Local Customs and Import Duties. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for more details.
