PWR’s new factory replacement Mustang Transmission oil cooler is a direct replacement and fits into the existing mounts and lines. It has been specifically designed to combat the factory transmission oil cooler’s overheating issues.
The heat rejection characteristics of the unique tube and fin design rejects an average of 6.82kW more heat than the OE cooler which equates to an average oil outlet temperature of 23.8°C lower than OE. PWR internally turbulated tube & fin oil coolers feature the latest in oil cooler technology as depended on by the world’s most elite motorsport categories. Oil passes through a fine, yet strong turbulation fin within the tube and coupled with a revolutionary closemesh fin & louver angle on the air side, provides maximum cooling efficiency tailored to track conditions. With these characteristics, each PWR oil cooler will deliver the highest level of quality, consistent durability, strength and performance exceeding the highest levels of customer expectation.
