Our office & distribution centre will be closed from Friday 24th December 2021 to Tuesday 4th January 2022 inclusive.
We'll also be closed from midday on Friday 17th so that our staff can enjoy some holiday festivities together and due to staff leave we will be operating with a 'skeleton' workforce in the days running up to Christmas.
Remember, Nemesis UK Gift Cards can be purchased any time and are delivered instantly by email, these can then be forward or printed at home. Making them the ideal gift for your loved ones if you do happen to leave things to the last minute!
Placing Orders during the holidays
You can continue placing orders online as usual during our holiday shutdown (24th Dec - 4th Jan), but please be aware any orders received during this time will not be processed until our return from 4th January. We're also not able to respond to enquiries during this period. We will aim to contact all new customers on or before 7th January with relevant updates on your order.

We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales; however, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Nemesis UK shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.
As above, items dispatched from our UK warehouse on or before 23rd December to UK mainland are usually sent using a next working-day service with our couriers DPD or DX Delivery, so you may expect items to arrive on 24th December. Unsuccesful deliveries may then be attempted when their services resume from 29th - 31st December and then from 4th January.
That being said, in the case of high-value items we may hold sending these until after the festive period to reduce handling and for better piece of mind. We'll call you to discuss this after the order has been received.

For all other destinations including UK Highlands & Isles, Northern Ireland and the European mainland, where delivery would usually be 3-5 days, please be aware delivery may take significantly longer due to Christmas Closures.
Placing Orders in time for Christmas
We aim to process orders for items in-stock as normal however please note the following:
- Orders placed after 12pm on Thursday 16th December may not be dispatched until Monday 20th.
- Orders placed after 12pm on Thursday 23rd December may not be dispatched until our offices re-open from 4th January 2022.
We use domestic next-working day delivery services as standard, meaning orders placed on 23rd before 12pm may be delivered on 24th within UK mainland, however we strongly advise customers not to leave it this late as we anticipate courier networks will be stretched and delivery is not guaranteed. See also our Delivery Advice below.
Please be aware when placing an order via our website that items listed as 'available for pre-order' are not in-stock and may be subject to manufacturer lead times. We aim to keep the website up to date with availability but as orders may also be placed through our other sales channels including eBay or by phone, this can result in a slight delay to updating on our site.
We'll contact customers as soon as possible if your order contains any parts which are not in-stock, to provided estimated lead time for shipping. Our shipping rates are calculated based on delivery of complete orders, so if you want to get parts in-stock sooner than other items we advise making separate purchases.
Due to reduced workforce we are doing our best to respond to basic requests for stock availability in a timely manner, however more complex enquiries for pricing or availability of goods coming from overseas manufacturers may take slightly longer than usual to respond to, we appreciate your patience at this time.
