SEND YOUR QUESTIONNemesis UK's warehouse and distribution centre is centrally based in the West Midlands. The facility holds extensive stock for most products offered on our website available for same or next day despatch.
Every effort is made to keep our online store's inventory up-to-date, however we do sell through other channels (such as eBay or direct sales) which can take some time to update on the system. We will contact you if there is any change to availability affecting your order.

All orders received before 1.00pm Monday to Friday (excluding National Holidays) are generally processed and despatched the same day if possible.
We use domestic couriers like Royal Mail, DPD and DX to offer next-working-day delivery on goods in stock to mainland UK. Other destinations may be longer.

Items listed for pre-order are not available for immediate despatch.
It may be we're awaiting delivery of goods on a scheduled order from our supplier, or we will arrange for your parts to be included in our next shipment, subject to the manufacturer's availability.
We receive goods from most manufacturer's on a monthly, or sometimes even bi-weekly basis. If you want more info, you can contact us for an estimated lead time, or once your order is placed we'll contact you within a couple of days to give you an expected delivery date.

We recommend using the email form on the product page to register for instant stock updates on the part, alternatively you can enquire with us directly for when the part is expected in stock.

Importing from the US yourself can be challenging. Purchasing through us means we deal with the hassle of importing the products for you, and save you money in shipping costs in our bulk shipments in the process.
We adhere to all UK and European distance selling rules, ensuring that your customer statutory rights are upheld.
We also aim to offer outstanding customer service, so provided products are unused and in original packaging, we are happy to offer full refunds on orders within 30 days.

Unfortunately we cannot offer fitting.
Many of our easy-to-fit items come with instruction guides or we suggest searching for tutorials across YouTube.
Some items require specialist equipment and we advise using trusted engineers for complex installations.
