EBC brake pads are specially designed to provide drivers with improved stopping power and zero disc damage whilst also being environmentally friendly with their copper-free design.
The first in a new range of 'Hybrid' materials that can be safely and legally used on roads being R90 approved UK. Yellowstuff is a high friction upgrade pad for all fast street use and can also be used on the track with proper bedding. With a stable friction coefficient of 0.48μ right up to race temperatures of 450℃, Yellowstuff is a very popular pad amongst kit car drivers and lighter race cars having clinched the MX5 race series.
A great all round sport and race pad used by many for fastest street and also trackday events. Bluestuff material exhibits a 0.52μ stable friction once bedded stable up to a slightly higher 550℃/1000℉ than its sister compound yellow but with the benefit of 30% longer life than yellow. Blue has been a trackday favourite for years and is the spec pad for the BMW 318i Cup series throughout Europe.
EBC Racing's dedicated motorsport pad RP-1 pairs high-performance with unprecedented modulation and control, resulting in a track pad that feels uniquely different to the competition and allows drivers to extract every last tenth from each and every braking zone.
An ultra‑high performance track and race pad designed for performance vehicles driven hard on track and for dedicated race cars. RP‑X has a very stable friction coefficient of 0.55μ up to and beyond 850℃, making it an excellent performer for even the most demanding vehicle applications. EBC Racing also emphasise that RP‑X has been developed for peak on‑track performance, meaning higher levels of brake dust and brake noise should be expected.
Please note. EBC Racing's RP-1 and RP-X Track and Race pads are not R90 homologated due to their high friction levels, meaning they are illegal for use on public roads.
