A Christmas Message for our customers
Wishing all a Happy Holidays and Enjoyable New Year!
We want to take this opportunity to give thanks to all of our customers.
By ordering from us, you have helped our business remain viable throughout 2020 and its many challenges in light of the worldwide Coronavirus pandemic.
We appreciate this has been a difficult year for many and we feel very lucky to be an established online retailer, allowing us to operate through the year.
We are especially grateful for customers who have supported us with their understanding and patience as we tackled various repercussions of the virus.
From appreciating the changes in our office and warehouse environments and helping keep our staff safe. To standing by us while we managed aspects outside of our control, like delays from manufacturers whose supply lines were directly affected, as well as shipments being held up by new border controls put in place to reduce the rapid spread Covid-19.
Every new order, or repeat custom has kept moral high, and most importantly enabled us to offer job security to our trusted team members.
We end the year on a positive, having helped customers across the UK, Europe and further afield. We employed a new member of staff, Harry, to provide even greater levels of customer support. And we look set to return in 2021 ready for a year we hope will be full of events and engagement that was sorely missed this past year!
Nemesis UK's offices and distribution centre will close for the holidays from 5pm on 23rd December. We will re-open on Monday 4th December 2021.
We see this time as a much needed rest for all our staff who have been fantastic in keeping the Performance Driven spirit alive all through 2020.
They have worked tirelessly through all the surprises this year has thrown at us, and as a business we're proud of the way they've adapted to new challenges, to keep things running as smoothly as possible, and make our customers and one another feel safe and cared for.
While we're away, we wont be answering your emails and appreciate your patience and understanding with the promise to get back to you as swiftly as possible after the festive break.
Any orders placed after 23rd December and enquiries received will be processed and responded to after we return on 4th January.
You will receive updates from us then regarding your delivery, or expected lead times for items available to pre-order.

A note to our customers in the EU...
We’re aware of the concerns rising from ongoing Brexit negotiations that may affect our European customers when receiving goods in the new year.
We want to provide some reassurance for customers who may be worried about paying additional VAT or duty/customs fees on receipt of goods in your country.
Unfortunately we wont know the full impact until UK trade agreements have been finalised between EU nations by the December 31st deadline.
We plan to assist all customers affected by providing more information when our offices re-open on 4th January and will only send goods to European destinations once we've contacted customers affected directly.
Please continue to order from us over the festive break, safe in the knowledge that we will do our best to provide an agreeable solution over any new charges you might face as a result of finalised Brexit deals.
